We create destination weddings, retreats, and corporate experiences as one integrated production. Bringing together planning, design, and filmmaking, our team works as a single unit from the very beginning.

Instead of assembling separate vendors, we operate as one team - aligning planning, design, and filmmaking so every part of the experience is considered together, not in isolation. From intimate beach ceremonies to large-scale gatherings, our work is shaped by location, guided by structure, and elevated through a clear creative vision. Every decision is intentional, allowing the experience to feel natural while remaining fully controlled behind the scenes.

The planner

Aimée leads planning and design with a calm, structured approach built on over a decade of destination weddings through Weddings by Aimée. She translates vision into clear direction - ensuring every decision is intentional and aligned.

She identifies what matters, then turns it into decisions that hold, both practically and emotionally.

As a founder of the slow weddings movement, she brings a more considered pace without compromising execution. With a background as an international soccer player, her work is grounded in leadership, teamwork, and thoughtful collaboration.

The director

Jacqueline leads the creative vision, bringing a cinematic approach shaped by years of directing across commercials, music videos, and film. She ensures every element is considered not only for how it looks, but how it feels and unfolds.

She translates moments into visual narratives - guiding composition, atmosphere, and timing so nothing is left to chance.

Her work connects design and storytelling, creating experiences that are as powerful to live as they are to remember. Each decision is guided by a clear creative direction, ensuring every element feels intentional and connected.

The producer

Saša leads the brand and business development behind Baja Destination Events, shaping the company’s presence, partnerships, and growth. He works closely with venues and trusted vendors, building the relationships that support each project from the start.

Working behind the scenes, he oversees marketing, communications, and strategic collaborations - ensuring every touchpoint reflects the vision and values of the brand.

With a background in film production, he also leads in-house photography and videography when selected by clients, bringing a visual perspective to both storytelling and execution.
